Daniel Szwarc is an accomplished professional with a strong academic background and extensive experience in the field of process engineering and management. He earned his Master's degree in Theoretical Physics (2009-2011) and a Bachelor's degree in Astrophysics (2006-2009) from the Faculty of Philosophy and Science at the Silesian University in Opava. During his studies, he also participated in the EU's Erasmus programme at SISSA - Scuola Internazionale Superiore di Studi Avanzati in Trieste, Italy, from January to June 2010.
Daniel began his career at ROC Ropice, Linde Gas, a.s., Czech Republic, as a Remote Operation Centre Operator in August 2011. He then progressed through various roles, including Process Modelling Engineer (April 2012 – September 2013), Advanced Process Control Systems Engineer (October 2013 – November 2015), and HyCO Performance Engineer (December 2015 – January 2020). Since January 2020, he has been serving as the Performance Manager in the Remote Operation Centre.
