The Pop in Your Job:
As Head of HSEQ for Covestro’s productions sites in North Rhine-Westphalia, I am privileged to lead initiatives that directly impact the safety and well-being of thousands of employees while ensuring the responsible and sustainable operation of our production sites. What excites me most about this role is the opportunity to drive meaningful change at the intersection of people, the environment, and technology. Every day, I collaborate with outstanding teams to enhance safety protocols, ensure compliance, and foster a “We Are One” culture of responsibility and innovation. Especially safety is very personal to me – I want every one of us return happy and healthy to their loved ones at the end of the day. The challenges are complex, but the rewards are immeasurable, as we shape a safer, more sustainable future for the industry, the communities, and the people we serve.
