She excels in defining and implementing procurement strategies aligned with business needs, developing and executing comprehensive 5-year strategic plans, and serving as a key consultant for procurement alignment initiatives. Julia has successfully led global procurement KPI projects, ensuring customer feedback drives continuous improvement. She has introduced operational and transactional global procurement services, overseen budget planning, and delivered high-value strategic projects. Julia's expertise extends to change management, supplier evaluation, risk management, and negotiation. She is proficient in German, English, and French, and has strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
