Currently overseeing Flint Group's European packaging operations, she collaborates closely with site directors to optimize manufacturing efficiency, cost control, and service levels. She also serves as Managing Director and President of the Board for Flint Group Italia.
Previously, Rosanna held senior roles at Sika, including Head of Global Sustainability and Operations Technology, where she harmonized operational practices across over 300 sites. Her expertise spans organizational restructuring, integrating sustainability with operations, and implementing innovative technologies to enhance efficiency and environmental impact.
