This session will provide an in-depth overview of how to effectively prepare and coordinate approval applications and notifications in compliance with BImSchG, focusing on emission control, environmental protection, and industrial regulations. Additionally, we will explore mandatory reporting obligations, including how to manage data, maintain records, and meet regulatory deadlines efficiently. By adopting best practices, businesses can ensure compliance while reducing administrative burden and operational delays.
